Our reports are approximately 25+ pages for a commercial or industrial property and approximately 13-15 pages for a residential dwelling. While all of our certified valuation reports are legal documents, if you require a report for court purposes such as VCAT, you will need to advise our staff so we can prepare your rental determination report accordingly.
The turnaround time for a certified rental valuation is 2-3 business days for a residential property and 4-5 business days for a commercial or industrial property. Our highly experienced valuers can inspect the property as early as the next business day.
